This sophisticated roast is inspired by the elegant blends in Northern Italy. We select the chocolatey beans of Brazil, and subtly-sweet beans from Africa and Central America. Then we roast them until they are rich and refined. The result is a delicious cup, whether it's for a morning kick-start or a moment of calm contemplation. All brewing methods are suitable. Once the bottle is opened, seal it by clipping it shut and store in a cool dry place.
